Radiance Revealed Inc.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Radiance Revealed respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over it.

Radiance Revealed Inc. is a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada, operating from Waterloo, Ontario. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Radiance Revealed Inc. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

  • Your name, email address, and phone number when you book a session or contact us
  • Your mailing address, if you order a physical product such as a printed swatch fan
  • Information you share during your consultation about your goals, lifestyle, wardrobe, and preferences
  • Photographs taken during your session, where you have agreed to them
  • Any messages you send us by email or through a form on this website

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our website platform (Squarespace) automatically collects standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and how long you spend on them. This is used to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it.

Payment information

Payments are handled by third-party processors, including Stripe and Squarespace Commerce. They collect and process your payment card details directly. We never see or store your full card number.

2. Why We Collect It

We use your personal information to:

  • Schedule, confirm, and deliver your session
  • Prepare your personalised colour palette, style guide, and recommendations
  • Send you the digital or physical materials you have paid for
  • Answer your questions and provide follow-up support
  • Process payments and keep business records as required by Canadian tax law
  • Send you occasional updates or offers, but only if you have opted in

We collect only what we reasonably need for these purposes.

3. Consent

By booking a session or submitting a form on our website, you consent to us collecting and using your information as described here.

We ask for separate, explicit consent before using your photograph in any marketing material. You may say no, and you may change your mind later.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide certain services to you.

4. Marketing Emails

We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we will action unsubscribe requests promptly.

Emails that relate directly to a session you have booked — confirmations, preparation instructions, and your results — are not marketing, and you will receive these as part of the service.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it. These currently include:

  • Squarespace — website hosting, forms, and commerce
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Calendly / Acuity Scheduling — appointment scheduling
  • Google (Gmail) — email correspondence

Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States. This means your information may be subject to the laws of those countries. We choose established providers with recognised security practices.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep client records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet Canadian legal, tax, and accounting obligations — generally seven years for financial records.

Consultation notes and colour results are kept so we can support returning clients, unless you ask us to delete them.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including password-protected accounts, reputable service providers, and limiting access to information to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.

8. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Withdraw consent to our use of it
  • Ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention requirements
  • Complain if you believe we have mishandled your information

To exercise any of these rights, email us at erin@radiancerevealed.ca. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

9. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep the site working correctly, remember your preferences, and understand site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian. Where a minor attends a session, we ask that a parent or guardian books and consents on their behalf.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
